I was looking at bolts strengths on this chart (bottom of page) http://www.derose.net/steve/resources/engtables/bolts.html#largebolts and saw that for a 1/4 unf the bolt shear was around 370 but the chart below it listed it at 2700. Why is that?

Does anyone know how to write a linear equation in Mathcad. Example 5.6=22x/(x+22) I am using an older version and it does not like the unknown variable.

Ok, I figured it out by playing around with the coeffiecient. It's x*9. 9*x did not work.

I am trying to graph f(x)=X^3-9X in math cad and I keep getting a constant error on the 9x variable. How can I fix this?
