Undergrad Energy Density of a magnetic field
I'm trying to calculate the energy density of a given magnetic field (0.03 T). I'm supposed to use the equation u=B^2/2μ right? Well I'm getting 358.1 A/m (?). Something is wrong here. Thanks in advance.- Macarenses

Graduate How Do You Solve w=0.5(z+1/z) for Complex w?
How does one prove that for w≠+-1 , w a complex number, there are exactly 2 solutions to the equation w=0.5(z+1/z)? I'm at a total loss here. Could someone clue me in on this one?- Macarenses
