This isn't an actual calculation homework problem I'm having but rather a lab discussion.
I'm trying to find experimental errors of the experiment where you determine an equilibrium constant using spectrophotometry.
The reaction is: Fe 3+ + SCN - = FeSCN 2+
we used Fe(NO3)3 - iron (3)...
Hey guys, I'm doing an experiment trying to find the equilibrium concentration for the reaction:
Fe 3+ + SCN- = FeSC 2+
So now, I have already graph the calibration curve and found the constant for absorption and concentration.
This next part of the experiment we use a constant volume...
So I did a "waves in two depth medium refraction" lab and I measured the angle of incidence and the angle of refraction.
So doing the sin i/ sin R, I get the value of 1.22 for all the sets of data.
A question asks, do the values (1.22) serve as evidence for or against a particle model...
I am writing an STSE and of course the last section is the environment section. I suck at this part because sometimes it's hard for me to connect to all categories.
So how does a gyroscope relate with the environment? If you know of a small topic on this, please let me know and I can just go...
Wikipedia says that a gyroscope is based on the conservation of angular momentum. This whole day I'v been doing my report on gyroscopes and explaining their precession. But how do I connect the conservation of angular momentum to this? I don't know where to start.
I have seen videos...
I'm doing a physics fair on gyroscopes but I absolutely can not find good organized information. I looked up almost every link from a google search but most sites are crappy. I even looked in 2 libraries but no books are found.
How can this be? I thought gyroscopes have been out for a long...
Like for this question. y = sqrt ( 5x - sqrt ( x^2 + 3 ) ) - this question is a square root within another square root.
So I rearranged it like this:
y = ( 5x - ( x^2 + 3 )^1/2 ) ^1/2
dy/dx = 1/2 ( 5x - ( x^2 + 3 )^1/2 ) ^ -1/2 x ( 5x - 1/2 ( x^2 + 3 )^ -1/2 )
I got up to there, but...
I have this so called in class physics fair and its pretty much a project. But I'm having trouble thinking of a topic that is not of the common ones other people have done. Of course it has to be related to the grade 12 physics course and be within a small range budget?
The grade 12 course...
