What Force Keeps the Block from Sliding on a Frictionless Inclined Ramp?

You are putting the reference system on the table, I am putting it on the block. The equation is the same.

What Force Keeps the Block from Sliding on a Frictionless Inclined Ramp?

I don't get your point, sorry. It's ok. It may be the language, English is not my mother tongue.

What Force Keeps the Block from Sliding on a Frictionless Inclined Ramp?

I understand that the ramp moves with acceleration creating a force that must neutralize the force (weight) which makes the block slide down. So the sum of forces acting on the block must be zero. - Force one: From the acceleration applied on the ramp. - Force two. From gravity on the block. -...

B Could a parallel universe exist?

Quantum mechanics has several interpretations and the "many-worlds" interpretation (parallel universes) it is just one of them. I recommend you to read the works by Hugh Everett if you have some knowledge in quantum mechanics, who was the first who formulated it. I think that another...

What is the Role of Theoretical Physicists in Modern Science?

I am a theoretical physicist from Spain, unfortunately my job it is not related with physics at all. I am here most of all to continue learning, but I am available also if I can help.

What Force Keeps the Block from Sliding on a Frictionless Inclined Ramp?

Maybe you did not realize that it is a static problem. The sum of all the forces it is not ## \sum F=m \cdot a ## but ## \sum F=0##.
