Bernoulli/Pascal "Tarpaulin" Problem
Homework Statement
"The construction of a flat rectangular roof (4.0m x 5.5m) allows it to withstand a maximum net outward force of 21 000 N. The density of the air is 1.29 kg/m^3. At what wind speed will this roof blow outward?"
A1=22m^2
F=21000 N...

Back, with a very similar question. This time it's an airplane. I need to find the normal force of each of the two back wheels and the one front wheel.
The two back wheels are 15m behind the front wheel. The center of gravity is 12.6m behind the front wheel. It is a plane of weight...
Ah, yes sir, I forgot to put in mg of the boulder. Thank you. I've got my chapter 1-10 exam tomorrow. Cram, cram, cram. I'll post some more questions soon.
First off, I'd like to say I admire you all very much. At first, I thought I was pretty advanced in physics, and I am at my school. But looking through these forums... damn. Now my question seems stupid :rolleyes:
I had a problem in my AP Physics class which I just couldn't get. It was...
Hey all,
I found this forum a while back, and just re-found it today. I took regular physics last year in high school, and found it simple. So I took a big step and took the hardest class my school offers: AP Physics. I had my first test on Friday, and boy was it hard. But I don't think I did...
I will reiterate what other have said here: it's not hard at all. I took it my freshman year in high school, and it was a breeze. But then again, nothing is hard if you really try and want to do it.
