Acceleration as a function of velocity - HW problem help
Hi.. just to go one step further, would the distance (with respect to time) equation be :- \int{{{v}{}_{0}\over{e^{0.05\,t}}}}\,dt = -{{20\,v{}_{0}}\over{e^{{{t}\over{20}}}\,\log e}}- suchara

Undergrad Can a Transformation Matrix be one-to-one and not onto?
Title says all.. A transformation matrix is one to one if its columns are linearly independent, meaning it has a pivot in each column but what if it doesn't have a pivot in each row(i.e. not onto)? is it still one-to one?- suchara

How to Find the Velocity of a Gliding Object After Time t?
thanks for the reply.. after integrating that i get \Big|_{v_0}^v \frac{ln(a*v^2+g)} {(2*a)} = t ..which looks a lot more workable, but is the integration correct? and how do i proceed from here for coming up with a v = v0(t) equation? (i.e. a "Vf= Vi+at" -type equation where given an initial...- suchara

Projectile motion with a region of 0 acceleration
Homework Statement I don't know if the title is misleading or not because I can't think of anything better .. I need help with something I've been working on... its not homework...its more of a side project/hobby of mine, but i couldn't figure out where to put this question.. Basically I...- suchara
