The circuit is intended to perform flashing LEDs one at a time. One LED will glow then next will glow and so on. the potentiometer is used to vary the speed of flashing of LEDs.. The 555 Timer is being used to feed the clock pulse to the decade counter CD4017...
I guess you can..For B.Sc physics you don't need to give JEE exams. But you may have to tell the college about your qualification and interest since the admission for B.Sc are done on the basis of class 12 marks. Best of luck..:wink:

Why is the electrical Conductivity of these elements this way? I mean down the periodic table it should increase in case of GOLD but instead Gold is have far less value of Electrical Conductivity.
