    so if i omit the atmospheric pressure then it'll be p = 1.025(10^3)(9.8)(d) now p = F/A = 1.10(10^6) / (pie)(0.04) = 8.75(10^6) Pa. 8.75(10^6) / 1.025(10^3)(9.8) = d d = 871m. answer was 868. thanks for the help Phanthom Jay
