Can anyone recommend a school in California, other than: UCLA, Berkley, Cal State North ridge, or Sandiego, that offers Electrical engineering , and physics

Not all of them do, I've checked, or they only offer a few types of engineering. Like if anyone goes to a particular school and knows which engineering degrees are offered. & how much per semester does it usually cost to attend a 4 year college to study engineering?
