A user is seeking reliable sources for ordering Neodymium magnets, mentioning that the website for Magnets 4 Less is currently down. They found Monroe Manufacturing near Detroit, but encountered a minimum purchase requirement of 30 pieces for a specific model. Another participant recalls buying smaller quantities in the past but cannot provide specific details about the source. The discussion highlights the challenge of finding local suppliers and the importance of exploring multiple options for purchasing magnets. Overall, users are encouraged to share any alternative sources they may have used successfully.

I bought a few last year and had NO trouble finding lots of web sites that sell them. Did you Google them or what?

I looked online and found Monroe Manufacturing north of Detroit sells them and they are some what local but when I went it to buy a half dozen... They said they were out of that model and can only sell a 30 piece min. He was nice enough to tell me about magnets 4 less, But the website is not working I will try to call direct today. Just for a backup what was the place you used?

Can't remember and don't have the box or any info. I bought 8 of them at 1/2" diameter. They are amazingly strong little suckers. Can't remember what they cost either. Sorry.

I'm working through something and want to make sure I understand the physics. In a system with three wave components at 120° phase separation, the total energy calculation depends on how we treat them: If coherent (add amplitudes first, then square): E = (A₁ + A₂ + A₃)² = 0 If independent (square each, then add): E = A₁² + A₂² + A₃² = 3/2 = constant In three-phase electrical systems, we treat the phases as independent — total power is sum of individual powers. In light interference...
