That's great...gift certificate spaghetti! My guests should be arriving any minute, so just popping into see how the feast is going over here while I have 5 or 10 min to rest.

Hehe, enjoy the beer guys. I already had my thanksgiving a month ago, so I won't mooch a second helping of turkey... I think I'll just sit back and get hammered tho... :)

Well, at least have a turkey sammich to go with your beer.
Here. <jams sammich (what I called a sandwich as a kid ) into computer. >
Getting wasted is one thing. Getting sick from getting wasted on an empty stomach is the pits.

Hi, I'm Evo's oldest daughter. She's too busy slaving away in the kitchen for my culinary satisfaction to particpate in the "feast" going on here.

*cue sounds of whips cracking and chains dragging on hard stone floor*

But yeah, she's probably the best cook in the entire universe. Hope nobody feels too left out.

SWEETIE! Welcome to the PF Pot Luck! I'm your Auntie Tsu! What's the deal? I thought your mom was going to be alone like me today! (I wondered where she was!) Crack that whip again and get her butt movin'! I want a little bit of whatever she's makin'!

Happy Thanksgiving, niece! <hug>

Well, she WAS going to be alone, but at the last minute I decided that eating at Boston Market by myself wasn't such a seductive idea. So, I gave her a call, and voila.

So, anyway... man, I have an aunt now? Does this mean more presents at Christmas??

AbsoLUTEly, meow! What would you like? (Have you been a GOOD little girl? If not, PM me and tell me all about it! - and don't worry. I won't tell your mom a THING! Fauchon[/size])

WHOA! Integral! Those look GREAT! Did YOU make them or are they the efforts of your lovely wife??

Actually she had been invited to a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner in the middle of the prairie and at the last moment decided tofurkey just wasn't going to hit the spot.

Ooh, my younger daughter just showed up, the whole gang is here!

OMG...they are now trying to get me to play something called Dance, Dance Revolution! Ok, I am NOT coordinated enough for this!

Itn't the answer obvious?? Of course I made them... Oh wait here comes my wife..

Yeah, she made them. Thats 2 pumpkin (1 for my father-in-law) a Cherry/berry (Cherries, blackberries fresh from the freezer and any other berry on hand!) and a Pineapple merrange (is that how you spell it?)

I just want to pass along a little Thanksgiving sentiment for a minute.

Please take some time today (if possible) to let your mom know how much you love her and appreciate her and all that she does (and HAS done) for you. I lost my mom more than 17 years ago and I still miss her SO much... especially today. Her birthday was November 26th, so Thanksgiving and her birthday always went hand in hand for me.

(HAPPY THANKSGIVING AND BIRTHDAY, MOM! I LOVE AND MISS YOU!)

Of course they are now complaining that I just stuck the turkey in the oven. :frown:

Hey, this was a LAST MINUTE thing!

Integral, those are some great looking pies! :-p

Tsu, come on over, it's going to be a LONG time before dinners done!

Heh thanks for the sammich. It's got sots of wires sticking out of it and that weird electrical smell though... Probably from traveling through thousands of miles of cable.

I'd like a piece of EACH, please! :!)
That Cherry/berry sounds AWESOME! Can you bring a piece to dinner next weekend? :shy:

I can't come over! My water pump is leaking!

Thanks for the 'awww' of sympathy. Thanksgiving usually sucks for me because I always think of Mom and miss her so much.

Yeah, that's frequently a problem with virtual feasts. You can always use the wires as dental floss... And if you accidentally eat them, well - don't worry - they will 'pass'...

We should all be pretty used to the electrical smell, tho, what with all of the cookies, chocolate and other goodies we pass to each other... Anyone want some beans?

I got a D, which they tell me is the worst score that can be made without being a total failure.

Hey, it was my first time!
