Average Binding energy per Nucleon

What is the Average/mean binding energy per nucleon of the whole periodic table/of all the elements, considering the most naturally abundant isotopes of each element? I tried googling it a couple of times but i could not arrive at a satisfactory answer.

Averaged over what? Just add all isotopes (define "the most naturally abundant isotopes") and divide by their number? Weighted with their natural abundance? On earth, in the solar system, in the universe? Weighted with their weight?

You can take a table of nuclides and calculate it yourself.
In the universe, it is easy; 75% hydrogen-1, 25% helium-4, all other contributions are negligible.
