I'm writing a paper about the physics of free throw shooting for my physics class. My teacher suggested including the biomechanics of it would be a good idea. To be honest I don't know anything about biomechanics. I've been searching on the internet about this topic but I couldn't find something useful.
Can someone point me in the right direction to find some useful information about this topic. It can be a book, documentary, internet sites, etc.
