Is there an air compressor that can run on 12v continously delivering 150psi?

The $20 tyre pump in my car boot has exactly those specs. Any auto shop or hardware store will stock them.
Of course you haven't specified the other key parameter: the flow rate. Mine is 9 lpm, so good for pumping up a flat tyre or a soccer ball but not much else.
