from a transducer[ceramic transducer] then we will used a circuit to amplify the voltage that we could gather.i would like to know some formulas on how dBu,dBv and SPl co relates

I assume you are speaking about piezoelectric transducer. I would recommend you to read some reference, like this one, to relate the measured voltage and the received pressure.
