can someone explain me this quantum equations picture with the circles and Feynman diagram? what with the circles?

The Feynman diagram describes a neutron emitting an electron and a neutrino as it decays to a proton.
The two equations are the Schrödinger equation and the Heisenberg uncertainty principle.
The black-and-white photograph is a cloud chamber photograph showing the tracks of particles through the chamber; charged particles move in circles because there's a magnetic field vertical to the plane of the photo.

Yeah, I was about to ask what that was. It's unrelated to the Feynman diagram.
