Some people say that we only use 10% of our brains. Is this true? If it is, is it even possible to use 100% of your brain?

haha yeah, I just read it. I also read about all the disney rumors. It was so dissapointing, almost none of them are true!
 
I'm pretty sure I've used up 100% of my brain.
 
When I'm supposed to study, but get stuck on youtube, I think I'm using 0% of my brains.

i used 10% of my brain once but I am mostly firing on 5%
