Creating an Actual NNEMP: Tips and Resources

Hey everyone. My friend and I are currently trying to figure out, and build an actual NNEMP. I couldn't tell you why exactly, probably just for the fun and challenge of it. We currently don't really know anything about making them. We have just began researching it vigorously and we are making progress but it is slow. We jus wanted to know if anyone here could provide us with some useful information about creating one...So please help us.
