AI Thread Summary
The discussion focuses on optimizing the current distribution in an anapole resonator, specifically addressing the challenge of achieving a more homogeneous magnetic field across a narrowing bridge. As the bridge width decreases, the current becomes more uniform, but the user seeks methods to center the current more effectively. Suggestions for improving current homogeneity include adjusting the resonator design and exploring different materials or configurations. The user has also provided a video to illustrate the current distribution issues. The goal is to enhance the magnetic field uniformity during resonance.

Hello, I am building an anapole resonator as shown below.for wide 50uX25u bridge we have a current going into two separated streams on the sides of the bridge.

but as the bridge gets thinner the current is much more homogeneos(and so is the magnetic field) over this bridge as shown below
How can I make on this resonance the current (magnetic field be more homogeneous over the bridge.
I have made also a video shown below. Is there a way to make the current centerend in the middle?
Thanks.

Thread 'Weird near-field phenomenon I get in my EM simulation'
I recently made a basic simulation of wire antennas and I am not sure if the near field in my simulation is modeled correctly. One of the things that worry me is the fact that sometimes I see in my simulation "movements" in the near field that seems to be faster than the speed of wave propagation I defined (the speed of light in the simulation). Specifically I see "nodes" of low amplitude in the E field that are quickly "emitted" from the antenna and then slow down as they approach the far...
Hello dear reader, a brief introduction: Some 4 years ago someone started developing health related issues, apparently due to exposure to RF & ELF related frequencies and/or fields (Magnetic). This is currently becoming known as EHS. (Electromagnetic hypersensitivity is a claimed sensitivity to electromagnetic fields, to which adverse symptoms are attributed.) She experiences a deep burning sensation throughout her entire body, leaving her in pain and exhausted after a pulse has occurred...
