The discussion centers around a CMS (Cern) program for event display software, with a user seeking information on downloading it. Participants clarify that the software is not publicly available and question its utility without access to relevant data. A link to resources featuring 2D and 3D displays of CMS events is provided, which aligns with the user's interest. The user confirms that the 3D display is what they were looking for. The conversation highlights the challenge of accessing CMS software and data for event visualization.

I don't believe CMS has made their event display software public, but what good would it do you without the data?

This page includes links to both 2D and 3D displays to explore CMS events, presented in a "name that event" game format:

Is this what you had in mind, or something different?

Thank you,
S.
