Does anyone have any experiences with springback binders is hard to write on them, can paper fall out, do paper lay flat?

I think you concentrate way too much on how instead of on what.

I don't, but it looks like the person in the video does not either. They clearly did not print those pages with the intention of binding them. They did not include the extra space on the bound edge that is necessary. Clumsy video, IMO.
