Hello! Can someone explain to me how the double blind method is used in particle physics (especially in LHC)? Thank you!

Elementaty particles don't understand studies, there is nothing to make blind on their side.

On the scientist side, analyses are usually done blind: the interesting part of the data is not used, or obfuscated to hide the effect under study, until the analysis method is fixed. The details depend on the analysis.
