hi experts
electrons certainly have centripetal acceleration - and we learned that accelerated particles do emit EM waves - than does electron radiate while revolving around nucleus?

Welcome to PhysicsForums, wasi-uz-zaman!

Electrons do not behave in the manner you describe, and they do not radiate while occupying an orbital. The idea that they did was recognized long ago as leading to serious theoretical problems.

OK then why electron have angular momentum

Scientists do not know yet.

As far as they know, "It just does."
