I am a retired IT specialist from the Netherlands, I have no scientific background, but was always interested in physics, astronomy etc. You get the picture. I joined this forum to be able to hopefully get some feedback about something which puzzles me for some time, and besides that, this forum is full of interesting stuff, as far as I can see !
