As noted, I am a new member. My main focus is on chemical engineering, and I will have some pretty direct questions in the following days. In a nutshell, I am working on developing a couple of new materials and need input, mostly because I am not a "schooled" chemist, and need some input by those whom are.
I have been studying much concerning the atmospheric cycling of chemicals, and have some workable ideas for the laboratory environment, as well as new synthesis ideas. I look forward to learning from you all.

Hello everyone, I was advised to join this community while seeking guidance on how to navigate the academic world as an independent researcher. My name is Omar, and I'm based in Groningen The Netherlands. My formal physics education ended after high school, but I have dedicated the last several years to developing a theoretical framework from first principles. My work focuses on a topological field theory (which I call Swirl-String Theory) that models particles as knotted vortex...
