If it has numbers, then it is probably homework-like. In this case

- choose a suited forum from https://www.physicsforums.com/#homework-help.260
- and if in there click on 'post thread'
- type your questions, but do not forget to show your own efforts, which signals us seriousness and helps to understand what you do not understand

In case it is a technical question, proceed likewise with e.g. https://www.physicsforums.com/#physics.9 if it is a physics question. In this case just make sure, that it isn't a question which already Google or Wikipedia could have answered.

This is a mechanical engineering related question and hence i posted there. I need help understanding how to solve it, once I get help. i will do it

Hello everyone, I'm Cosmo. I'm an 18 years old student majoring in physics. I found this forum cause I was searching on Google if it's common for physics student to feel like they're in the wrong major in the first semester cause it feels like too much for me to learn the materials even the ones that are considered as "basic math" or "basic physics", I've initial fascination with the universe's mysteries and it disconnect with the reality of intense, foundational mathematics courses required...
