Homework Statement

The intensity of sound at the minimum threshold of hearing is 1*10^-12 W/m^2. A listner hears a 115 dB sound as an automobile passes by at a distance of 9.0 meters.
a) what is the sound intensity in W/m^2 ?

b) About how much power is the car dissipating into sound waves?
