Does anyone have a spreadsheet with formulas or a set of formulas that one can use to determine the turbine inlet temperature of a gas turbine knowing measured parameters like fuel flow, compressor discharge tempuratures, LHV of fuel.

There is some data in this document on firing temps. At least these are target values.
