can anyone tell me how to find cg location(height ,position) for two wheeler bike weighing 116 kg....and also the cg of a person(70kg) riding the vehicle and cg of passenger(80kg )sitting at the back......please tell me the procedure in brief to calculate cg of vehicle,rider,passenger...

You can find formulas at Wikipedia, for example, and I am sure they would have been easy to find for you as well. If you have specific questions about those formulas, feel free to ask.
In a real setup, you might need some approximations, or just determine it experimentally.
 
My idea is that I want to use immerse Whitetail Antlers in a fishtank to measure their volumetric displacement (the Boone and Crockett system is the current record measurement standard to place in a juxtaposition with) I would use some sight glass plumbed into the side of the tank to get the change in height so that I can multiply by the tank cross-section. Simple Idea. But... Is there a simple mechanical way to amplify the height in the sight glass to increase measurement precision...
