Can someone say a few words on Hubble's law as (if) it relates to QM?

Most scientists believe there is a connection, but, we are still in the 'elephant in a dark room' phase of discovery.

I don't think there much of a connection.

You can get a lot of cosmology by assuming that the universe is homogenous and isotropic. Once you assume that one part of the universe is more or less like another part, then you end up with something like Hubble's law.
