SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the ambiguity surrounding "chemical liquid A" in the context of hydrography. Hydrography is defined as the measurement of physical characteristics of waters and marginal land, but the term "Liquid A" lacks a clear definition and is not widely recognized. Participants emphasize that without specific context or a defined process, the term remains meaningless to the broader hydrographic community. The conversation highlights the need for clarity in terminology when discussing specialized processes in hydrography.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of hydrography and its applications
  • Familiarity with physical characteristics of water bodies
  • Knowledge of printing techniques, specifically hydrographics
  • Awareness of chemical processes in environmental science
NEXT STEPS
  • Research the principles of hydrography and its measurement techniques
  • Explore the process and applications of hydrographics printing
  • Investigate the role of chemicals in environmental hydrography
  • Learn about the terminology and standards used in hydrographic surveys
USEFUL FOR

This discussion is beneficial for environmental scientists, hydrographers, and professionals involved in water quality assessment and hydrographic surveying.

Sorry I don't know if I'm the right place. But I would like to know if anyone here knows what chemical liquid A is applied in hydrography

To be honest it is not clear what the question is, I am not aware of any liquid that is "applied", but definitely hydrography deals with a liquid. So, what is hydrography?

Hydrographics (printing), a printing technique for three-dimensional objects

So your question is about water transfer printing? Liquid A has no meaning to anybody but someone who has developed a multi step process, one step of which uses a liquid they call “Liquid A”. Only they know what it means.
