AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers around the discovery of six small eggs found in a sand hill in Lebanon, with the poster seeking help for identification. The consensus suggests that the eggs likely belong to snakes, based on size comparisons with images of snake eggs. It is noted that accurately identifying eggs can be challenging. Suggestions for further action include incubating the eggs to observe potential hatchlings or consulting a local herpetologist for expert advice on identification and incubation methods. The eggs' size and color align with common characteristics of snake eggs.

Hello...
While digging in a nearby sand hill - brought sand used in building - I found 6 small eggs.
I would ask you to help me identify for what species do they belong.
Probable results: - belong to snakes- after comparing to some snakes' eggs size (Google images).
N.B. it was in the Middle East - Lebanon.
Thanks for your cooperation in advance.

It is difficult to identify eggs 100% correctly. If you want you can incubate them for a while and see if you get a hatchling. Or go to a local college and ask a herpetologist about them. S/he may have some suggestions about incubating them.

They could may well be snake eggs, they are small enough and are the right colour.
