Hello to everyone. I am a Hobbyist with nothing more than college Algebra level experience. I enjoy building and racing model sailboats. If you have any questions, I can direct you to AMYA.org. My main reason for joining here is to, hopefully, get some current questions answered or at the least, be directed in the proper direction for answers. Hello everyone, I'm Cosmo. I'm an 18 years old student majoring in physics. I found this forum cause I was searching on Google if it's common for physics student to feel like they're in the wrong major in the first semester cause it feels like too much for me to learn the materials even the ones that are considered as "basic math" or "basic physics", I've initial fascination with the universe's mysteries and it disconnect with the reality of intense, foundational mathematics courses required...
