AI Thread Summary
When searching for a tablet PC suitable for engineering studies, particularly for tasks like AutoCAD, note-taking, and running complex equations, a budget of around $2000 is reasonable. Key features to consider include a powerful processor, ample RAM, and a high-resolution display for clarity in design work. HP offers several models that may meet these requirements, but it's also beneficial to explore other brands known for their performance in engineering applications. Additionally, ensure the tablet has good battery life and compatibility with necessary software. Gaming capabilities, such as playing Starcraft, should also be factored into the overall performance evaluation.

Do you guys have any recommendations for a tablet pc? I'm in the market for one since I'm transfering to a 4 year to work on an engineering degree. I'd like to be able to do some autocad, take notes, have it do equations, and the occasional starcraft beat down. I'm in the market for something around $2000. Thanks!

Sorry if 'Profile Badge' is not the correct term. I have an MS 365 subscription and I've noticed on my Word documents the small circle with my initials in it is sometimes different in colour document to document (it's the circle at the top right of the doc, that, when you hover over it it tells you you're signed in; if you click on it you get a bit more info). Last night I had four docs with a red circle, one with blue. When I closed the blue and opened it again it was red. Today I have 3...
