Paint high T, high emissivity for Black Body simulation

Hi all!
I would be interested in paints that show very high absorptivity/emissivity and that can withstand high temperatures (ideally above 1000°C) and used in vacuum. Do you have any commercial suggestions?

The energy flow through the paint will be in series with flow through the material that is being painted. What material will you be painting?
Chemical treatment of metal surfaces can give black coatings. Consider gun bluing or parkerizing.
Do you know the wavelength range required? Thermal IR only? Can you use quarter wavelength coatings to improve transmission?
