It is clearly outlined here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_computer
There really arent any functional quantum computers at the moment - Dwave One obviously have their "quantum computer" which they developed for Lockhead and Martin but it is algorithm restricted and has never proven its quantum processing.
