I am looking for a question generator that adapts to a student's level, and continues to ask basic questions as new topics are learned. Khan Academy is close, but once a subject is mastered Kahn stops giving questions on the subject, and I then tend to forget the approach to the problem. Does anything like what I describe exist?

There are a few question generators that I know of that might fit your needs. Have you tried Quizlet or Quizizz? Both of these platforms allow you to create personalized quizzes that adapt to the user's level as they progress through the questions. Another option is to check out online learning platforms like Edmodo or Schoology, which have question banks that continuously provide new questions on a topic as the student learns more.
