AI Thread Summary
To recover a forgotten password, users must reset it rather than attempt recovery. This can be done by clicking the "forgotten password" link after a failed login attempt. Having the username and access to the email account is essential for receiving the reset instructions. Following the prompts in the email will allow users to set a new password. Resetting the password is the most effective method for regaining access.
