Relation between presion wave and displacement wave

hellow, i need you to help me with this, i need the relation between presion wave and displacement wave into an air column, i know that when you talk about presion wave, its because the wave needs a physics medium to move, but i don't know how is this in an air column, thank you.-

Do you mean pressure waves, otherwise known as longitudinal, or sound waves?
