what is the different between rolling in a straight line without slipping and with slipping and which topic it take these type of motion

until this moment i don't know about moment of inertia I'm going to second chapter in AN INTRODUCTION TO MECHANICS by Kleppner and Kolenkow
 
Rolling without slipping means that the point on the wheel where the wheel touches the ground is not moving horizontally at the instant it touches the ground. So, if you had a wheel-shaped stamp roller, it would roll out a pattern on the ground which was just the mirror image of the pattern inscribed on the wheel. If there was slipping, then the images would be smeared or squashed or stretched.

Friction between the ground and wheel will cause a wheel to roll without slipping. Without friction, if you pressed the accelerator in a car, the wheels would spin but the car wouldn't move.

If you pressed on the accelerator, the car would no longer be rolling whether there is slipping or not.
