Solving a Locked Keyboard: Fix Keys That Won't Work

Someone hit some random combination of keys that locked up some of the keyboard. A few of them started working but there is still a couple that don't work. Does anyone know how to unlock these keys?

do you mean they're physically locked, ie stuck down, or only mentally locked, ie they don't communicate to the computer?
