Suggestions on how to study for physic finals

Hi everybody. My physics final is right around the corner and i was just wondering if there was any good way to help prepare and study. Physics isn't the easiet subjects for me, i tend to over think problems and get myself all nervous. Please let me know if there are any problem solving techniques or easy ways to remember certain equations or concepts. It would really help a lot. Thank you so much! The chapters that i am having most trouble with is waves and sounds, including interfearance.
