Q.1 Will time for an object be slowed ONLY when it travels VERY NEAR TO the speed of light? Or should it be EXACTLY in speed of light?

No material object CAN travel at the speed of light. Time is NOT slowed for an object traveling near the speed of light relative to an observer, it just looks that way to the observer.
