Three-phase voltage inverter (some questions)

AI Thread Summary
Three-phase voltage inverters are complex devices that require a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles. To gain knowledge, it's recommended to start with visual resources like Google Images to explore circuit diagrams and configurations. Additionally, seeking out educational websites, online courses, and textbooks focused on power electronics can provide valuable insights. Engaging in forums or discussion groups dedicated to electrical engineering may also yield helpful information and answers. Understanding these concepts is crucial for effectively tackling related questions and assignments.

Homework Statement
Three-phase voltage inverter. How many instantaneous values can: phase-to-phase voltage, phase voltage, control signal, phase current in the case of a symmetrical load RL connected in a star without a neutral conductor? How many combinations of transistors of such a converter are there? Which give the same output voltage?

I have no idea how to answer to these questions. Our teacher has given it to solve, but i don't know where I sholud to search informations. Could somebody recommend me valuable sources of knowledge?

I would probably start with a Google Images search on the circuits for 3-phase power inverters, and see where that leads me...

Thread 'Minimum mass of a block'
Here we know that if block B is going to move up or just be at the verge of moving up ##Mg \sin \theta ## will act downwards and maximum static friction will act downwards ## \mu Mg \cos \theta ## Now what im confused by is how will we know " how quickly" block B reaches its maximum static friction value without any numbers, the suggested solution says that when block A is at its maximum extension, then block B will start to move up but with a certain set of values couldn't block A reach...
Thread 'Variable mass system : water sprayed into a moving container'
Starting with the mass considerations #m(t)# is mass of water #M_{c}# mass of container and #M(t)# mass of total system $$M(t) = M_{C} + m(t)$$ $$\Rightarrow \frac{dM(t)}{dt} = \frac{dm(t)}{dt}$$ $$P_i = Mv + u \, dm$$ $$P_f = (M + dm)(v + dv)$$ $$\Delta P = M \, dv + (v - u) \, dm$$ $$F = \frac{dP}{dt} = M \frac{dv}{dt} + (v - u) \frac{dm}{dt}$$ $$F = u \frac{dm}{dt} = \rho A u^2$$ from conservation of momentum , the cannon recoils with the same force which it applies. $$\quad \frac{dm}{dt}...
