Troubleshooting: Mini CD Not Working on My Computer

I have a mini CD that works on other computers but it isn't working on mine.
What do you think is the problem/
i have a Samsung DVD combo drive

For starters...

What OS are you running ?

Secondly, it might be that your Samsung needs to upgrade the drivers.

But this depends on how you answer the first question.

Ok, thanks for that..

That in itself might be the problem.

I am not absolutely sure what the situation is for XP Pro SP 2, but I can tell you, that XP SP 2 managed to screw up the drivers on about 10% of all PC's it has been installed on.

I am not saying that it is definitely the case here, but you might want to try uninstalling SP2 and seeing if it makes any difference.

Then again, you might want to have a look at these...

It could also be a matter of drivers for your samsung.
