Homework Statement



Draw the Lewis structure for BCl-negative3 first with an unsatisfied octet for boron,
and then with a satisfied octet for boron. I don't understand how to do the last part.

I don't really have one. I tried for a considerable while to no avail. Hence I hope
someone could help me; I'd appreciate it.

I'm thinking it means BCl3? Just written poorly?
