i am interested in starting to learn microcontrollers and programming, such as building robotics and to learn more about wireless signals, such as how you can talk into a cell phone and have all that information being sent to another phone through a tower in real time.
i was looking at kits such as (cant post links because of 10 post rule, type these into google and it will come up):
parallax stampworks expirement kit
parallax basic stamp discovery kit
but am confused as to what the difference between basic stamp,propeller,javelin stamp,java and I've seen a few others as well. any suggestions and more info would be awesome.
