What are the benefits of engaging in scientific forums like Physics Forums?

Hello, this is Kazi Siam. I'm here to learn about physics. I am really addicted to Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube. For that reason, I came here. I want to spend my time on this forum rather than those social media. It is the best way to spend time.

Welcome to PF Kazi. I think that time spent here is very much more valuable that time on social media.

Remember that you will be conversing with people from many countries. People of different ages. People with different levels from student to professor. It is not always clear which person is which.
 
Hello everyone, I'm Cosmo. I'm an 18 years old student majoring in physics. I found this forum cause I was searching on Google if it's common for physics student to feel like they're in the wrong major in the first semester cause it feels like too much for me to learn the materials even the ones that are considered as "basic math" or "basic physics", I've initial fascination with the universe's mysteries and it disconnect with the reality of intense, foundational mathematics courses required...
