Thank you for your replying. I most like Classical Mechanics in my studied subjects.

Yes liked that too when I got to college and learned the Principle Of Least Action. Prof Susskind wrote a book called Classical Mechanics the Theoretical Minimum that discusses it quite well.

Also the Feynman Lectures are now online and you can read some challenging physics taught in the first year of college.

They can be very tough to read but if you’re up for a challenge go for it.

Welcome again.

Oh! Thank you! I think Prof. Susskind's book is being sold as the title '물리의 정석' in Korea.

I've read this book once. Yes. It was difficult and not all the contents were comprehended. But I started to study Classical Mechanics with this book and think this book is really good.

Thank you again.

Another resource is the OpenStax.org physics books. They are being used in first year college courses as an alternative to expensive books of publishers.

Hello everyone, I'm Cosmo. I'm an 18 years old student majoring in physics. I found this forum cause I was searching on Google if it's common for physics student to feel like they're in the wrong major in the first semester cause it feels like too much for me to learn the materials even the ones that are considered as "basic math" or "basic physics", I've initial fascination with the universe's mysteries and it disconnect with the reality of intense, foundational mathematics courses required...
Hi there! This is Vmax, an old (relatively, but the profession can definitively accelerate aging) aerospace engineer now returning to physics in my 50s. I can definitively use some help in refreshing long forgotten topics and guidance in tackling new challenging subjects in modern physics. I'm looking forward to engaging in interesting, informative and stimulating conversations with you all. Have a great day!
