What Caused the Mysterious Lights Before the Lincolnshire Wind Farm Incident?

The discussion centers on the mechanical failure of a wind turbine in Lincolnshire, where one blade detached and damaged another. The prevailing theory is that material fatigue caused bolts to loosen, leading to the failure. Observers noted strange lights in the area, which some speculated could be related to the incident, but there is no evidence linking them to the mechanical failure. The weather conditions at the time, with little wind reported, raised questions about how the damage occurred, suggesting that the turbine may have been operating at a higher speed than indicated. Participants debated the implications of structural integrity in wind turbines and the potential for similar failures across multiple units. Overall, the incident appears to be attributed to mechanical issues rather than external phenomena.

Fascinating! Interesting that these lights were reported some time before.

Hi I was just browsing when this thread caught my eye. My daughter and I have actually seen the red balls of light that were reportedly seen before the incident. There was two of them one was bigger than the other and they seemed to be white hot in the centre. they moved pretty fast and there was no sound

I am intrigued- How would you be able to deduce this?
